We rented a car from Oscar Rent a Car. Everything was great. The car was in excellent condition. The company does not offer additional benefits on the car, everything is already included in the price and it is very good because the price for car rental is also one of the most pleasant on the island. Comfortable delivery of the car (for which they do not charge money) and convenient drop-off anywhere on the island.

I needed a car in Crete for a total of six weeks, and my friends needed another car for three weeks. Following a recommendation, we chose Oscar Rent a Car. It was a good decision. Booking the car by email and picking it up at Chania Airport went smoothly. After two weeks, I exchanged my car (group B) for a four-wheel drive. I did this directly at the company headquarters. All the staff were extremely friendly. Our friends' car was also excellent and almost new. We simply dropped off the car at Heraklion Airport. Everything was very easy and the agency was always available via WhatsApp.

We rented a Polo for three days (€105). However, shortly after leaving, we discovered that one of the taillights was broken. The rental company should have noticed. Upon returning on the first day, we drove past the station and complained about the problem. The next day, we were given a T-Roc (which, according to the list, would have cost €283 for three days). We didn't pay anything extra. Returning the car was completely hassle-free; almost too little checking. Neither the mileage nor the fuel gauge nor the condition of the car were checked. We handed over the keys, and that was that. The staff were always friendly and accommodating. Everything was fully comprehensive, with no deductible or deposit.

We've been coming to Crete for years and always rent a car from Oscar Cars. Friendly staff greets you and quickly completes the rental agreement. The car is ready and waiting, and you can hit the road immediately. You're fully insured at no extra cost. Should any problems arise with the car (breakdown or an accident), you'll receive prompt and professional assistance! When returning the car, simply go to the return parking lot for rental cars, park, and put the keys in the Oscar Cars locker, and you're done! Truly a top-notch service.

We have rented a car here three times already and every single time everything was perfect. The cars were always clean, ready on time and without any problems. Once we even had to cancel a booking due to illness and it was no problem at all – everything was handled kindly and without any hassle.

After a couple of days I realized I had lost my ID card. I went to ask at the office and the gentleman told me he would check in the evening. He later called me to say he had found it – and he even brought it personally to my hotel. That kind of kindness and care is truly exceptional.

The staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful, suggesting places to visit and asking afterwards how our trip went. Such a personal touch is really rare. We’ll definitely rent from them again next time! 🚗🌞

Really efficient booking process. Phoned and met on arrival with car. Driven to car parking place where paperwork was completed and return process explained.

As is common abroad, people are very suspicious of car rentals. I have to say that wasn't the case this time; I had no problems, fair prices, and the staff were extremely friendly. The rental was completed within two minutes, and I was able to drive off immediately. Insurance is all included, so you don't have to worry about anything. Highly recommended 🙂

I had a hassle-free rental and return process, and I was also lucky enough to have a car that hadn't even covered 1,000 km. The price was as advertised online, and they didn't try to pressure me into additional insurance or anything similar. Instead, I was assured that the rental price already included fully comprehensive insurance with no deductible.
I can recommend Oscar with a clear conscience.
